This role is available for employees of your service provider (our partner agency) who can assist when problems occur and activate or configure additional functions upon order. The role is not available for direct XQ customers. Owners of this role will perform changes to your account only when ordered by you.
This user role holds cross-account rights and is required for administering more than one account. The role has nearly all rights except for those reserved for our distribution partners (Partner) or our own technical support team. The ASP Administrator is the only role besides Partner having access to monitoring.
This Administrator holds almost any right within its account but no access to subordinate or superordinate accounts. It has no access to monitoring, other than that it is identical with the ASP Administrator Role.
The standard user role you need in order to operate all processes related to campaign creation and dispatch. This user has access to the areas Campaigns, Surveys (when activated) and Contacts. It cannot create users or modify account setup.
Content Data Operator
This user has access to the areas Campaigns and Contacts. Following areas cannot be accessed: Setup, Monitoring, Domain Reporting and Campaign Test & Send.
This user can merely view the area Campaigns (Articles, Images) and edit content there. It has no access to Setup, Monitoring, Contacts, Distribution Lists, Reports and Campaign Test & Send.
Customer Data Operator
This user role only has access to the area Contacts.
This user has access to the area Reporting of an account, including all subaccounts.
This virtual user serves the purpose of connecting certain web applications and pages like subscription pages to the system database, and to transfer data. The role cannot be used to log on to the system or work in it.
This virtual user is needed to connect the provided API to the system data base and to transfer data. The role is required for setting up new processes which automatically control and use XQ:Campaign functions. The role cannot be used to log on to the system or work in it.]]>
